XPEL PPF - PROCESS
Customer Meeting – We will get things started with a 1 on 1 with the customer and discuss what they would like done. Full car, Specific area, etc.
Thorough Clean – We clean the car thoroughly to avoid any debris/dirt on the car which could cause errors later during fitting Xpel, this includes the use of a Clay Bar.
DAP (Design Access Program) – We use Xpel’s DAP Software to get the proper measurements for the film on all areas of the car being covered in Paint Protection Film.
Cutting – We will then cut the film to the specific vehicle (Down to the specific emblem, modifications, etc) with the Graphtec Cutting Pro FC9000.
Installation – The final stage of the process is the installation. Depending on the size of the job it can take anywhere from 1 day to a week.
