MoTeC C125 Display for Tesla Model 3
We’ve felt that Tesla holds back a bit too much information and we’re interested in a bit more. What’s my altitude? What is the current battery power? What is my instantaneous efficiency? How hot is the motor? Well, we’ve come up with a solution for all of those wants with this display, but that is only scratching the surface of what the MoTeC C125 Display for Tesla Model 3 offers.
If you’re not familiar with MoTeC, you should spend a few minutes online to read about their products. MoTeC is the leading motorsport electronics supplier worldwide, and they supply engine control and data logging electronics to racing teams at every echelon of motorsport – from 24hrs of Le Mans down to club racers. The C125 is a display (and datalogger when enabled) that is capable of just about anything you could imagine. i2 – MoTeC’s data analysis software – is known around the world as being one of the most intuitive yet most powerful applications available for analyzing, comparing and quickly getting the maximum benefit from data. With this display and the logging option enabled, you’ll be able to analyze straight-line acceleration, racetrack laps, or even use it to judge your driving ability through the canyons. The capabilities of this unit are far beyond the scope of this product page – but know that the C125 is capable of just about anything you can throw at it.
Suspension Systems
Mountain Pass Performance offer complete Suspension Systems, from Confort coilovers to Sports Coilovers, Sway arms, and even a Suspension Lift Kit if you want to take your Tesla off the beaten track! This Suspension Lift Kit paired with Mountain Pass Performances Front Skid Plate for the Model 3 & Y is the perfect combination to get yourself off road.
Mountain Pass also offer Camber Arms, Toe Arms and Front Compression Rod Inserts (A unique component to significantly reduce toe-change under braking, caused by excessive OEM bushing deflection.)

Brakes
Mountain Pass offer a complete overhaul of the brake system of your Tesla!
For example, take the: Performance Rear Big Brake Kit for Model 3/Y. Mountain Pass have this to say for their reasoning behind upgrading the brake system on your Tesla.
“The OEM E-Brake is integrated into the caliper, and with an electric car it’s not like you can just leave it in gear when you park and ditch the e-brake!
One day we had this idea, noticing that the OEM Tesla/Brembo Caliper has two halves that are bolted together – what if we make a new outer clamshell? We would be able to massively increase the width and cooling ability of the rotor! The OEM rotor vanes are quite narrow, so the amount of airflow for cooling is very limited. This would also allow us to kill two birds with one stone – in addition to the cooling upgrade, we would be able to design a pad retention system for aftermarket pads so they wouldn’t rattle around in the factory outer clamshell. Needless to say, the OEM E-brake is retained since it is housed on the inboard end of the caliper.”
MPP.R Model 3 Swan Neck GT Wing
The Model 3 suffers from a great deal of rear lift, due in no small part to it’s incredible aerodynamic efficiency. At high-speed tracks this results in an unstable back-end, and the only real solution is a real wing. Lip spoilers work, but they are far less efficient than a wing.
So for that reason, one of the first products to be added to Mountain Pass Performances MPP.R lineup is this ultra-lightweight, REAL carbon wing. The aerofoil is designed by Simon McBeath of SM Designs, an aerodynamicist that has been writing for Racecar engineering for years and has had his hand in the aerodynamic design of some of the top racecars and Time Attack cars worldwide.
The wing element itself is manufactured by DJ Racecars, using REAL motorsport composite techniques to produce an extremely lightweight and stiff wing. DJ Engineering have supplied their wings to various companies such as Lotus, Riley Technologies, and the famous RCB Gobstopper 3, among many other cars. These wings are the real deal.
