This 2020 Ford Mustang V8 Bullitt is proper American muscle. It’s got the 5.0L V8 under the bonnet, pulling 0–62mph in just 4.6 seconds, so it’s every bit as quick as you’d hope. Being the Bullitt, it comes with some nice touches too – rear camera and parking sensors make it easy to live with, and the LED headlights with daytime running lights keep things sharp and modern.
It’s not all about speed either. You’ve got keyless entry and start with the Ford Keyfree system, plus adaptive cruise control which makes longer drives a lot more relaxed. Inside, the SYNC 3 touchscreen has everything you need – Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, DAB radio and sat nav – all running through a Bang & Olufsen sound system with 12 speakers.
Surprisingly, it’s pretty usable day-to-day as well. Decent boot space, a lower insurance group than you might expect, and enough tech to make it comfortable whether you’re commuting or heading out for a weekend drive.
